Duke of Argyll, Brewer St. Soho, London.

On our way to the theatre on the hottest day of 2019, in a very busy Soho, we popped into this little pub for a cold pint of cider or two. Tiny pub serving good quality beer with empty seats and air conditioning! Where was everyone? That’s one of the things I love about London, if you walk a little way from the busy main streets you can always find an old London pub that welcomes you in and where you can find a seat. Worth a pop to the toilets too as for this you descend beautifully restored original Victorian old stone steps to the cellar that must have felt many an interesting footstep over the years! Good little find.
