Frank Turner, Fairfield Halls, Croydon. Posted byJane Fielding March 7, 2020March 7, 2020 Leave a comment on Frank Turner, Fairfield Halls, Croydon. Frank’s first ever gig in Croydon and he didn’t disappoint! Playing at the freshly renovated Fairfield Halls in their new 750 capacity venue ‘The Recreational’, this intimate gig was fantastic. One man and his guitar and a set list of songs new (No Man’s Land Album) and old. The perfect Friday night out. Thank you Frank for being an ordinary bloke telling ordinary tales and some extraordinary tales of life, people and history. Plus doing so with such poetic beauty. Frank’s support acts were his wife Jess Guise followed by Micah Schnabel, both singer/songwriter’s and both brilliant. So all in all a night full of talent, words and acoustic guitar. Fab! Frank’s extensive world tour continues until November 2020 so check it out online as he may be playing in a venue near you and really shouldn’t be missed!
